Flow issues in existing piping systems can sometimes be difficult to troubleshoot. Often there are insufficient sensors installed in the system in order to observe flow over time and identify problems such as usage spikes that could cause pipe damage. By utilizing ultrasonic flow technology, DassTab can trend flow through a section of pipe for virtually any length of time. A common application of this technology is tracking domestic usage over time by attaching trending sensors to the domestic hot water, cold water and hot water recirculation piping.
